Knecht Mühle produces over 300 types of flours and bakery mixes, including base and specialty flours (spelt, wholegrain, rye), back-mixes, baking aids, decorative blends, and tailor-made formulations. They also operate a 21,000 t grain-collection hub handling ~20,000 t annually. Products are packaged in sacks or bulk, serving ~200 commercial bakeries and industrial clients—delivering quality and flexibility directly from their 5th-generation mill in Leibstadt.
