ToxPlot Software ToxPlot is a unique software solution to support the optimal application of ToxTracker for the mode-of-action assessment of genotoxic compounds. ToxPlot automatically analyses and quantifies the ToxTracker data, summarises the results in easy to interpret heat maps and graphs, and collects the ToxTracker results in a comprehensive report.
TubulinTracker TubulinTracker is a novel fluorescent reporter cell assay to investigate the microtubule polymerisation dynamics, progression of cells through mitosis and aneugenicity. The assay has been developed as followup for the ToxTracker (ACE) assay, to further assess the mode-of-action of genotoxic compounds that were classified as aneugen. However, TubulinTracker can also be used as stand-alone Tubulin polymerisation assay.
ToxTracker Toxys offers the ToxTracker® assay, our state-of-the-art stem cell-based reporter assay that provides mechanistic insights into the mode-of-action (MOA) of genotoxic properties of pharmaceutical compounds and chemicals. ToxTracker can contribute to a mechanism-based, animal-free, cancer hazard assessment of chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
ToxTracker is available as a contract service, as a kit or under a license, allowing you to perform ToxTracker in your own laboratories.
ToxTracker AO The ToxTracker assay is a state-of-the-art stem cell-based reporter assay that provides mechanistic insight into genotoxic properties of compounds. ToxTracker AO (Antioxidant) is an extended version of the ToxTracker assay and includes discrimination between direct DNA reactivity of a compound and indirect genotoxicity caused by high levels of oxidative stress and the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS).
ToxTracker ACE The ToxTracker assay is a state-of-the-art stem cell-based reporter assay that provides mechanistic insight into genotoxic properties of compounds. ToxTracker ACE (Aneugen Clastogen Evaluation) is an extended version of the ToxTracker assay and includes direct discrimination between an aneugenic and a clastogenic mode-of-action of genotoxic compounds.
