Positive Bakes was started in early 2020 by husband and wife Aatin and Helen Anadkat, after their son was diagnosed with a dairy allergy.
Seeing there was very little available for those with intolerances, allergies or just differing dietary choices (in addition to the fact that they had wanted for a while to start a plant-based brand that would have less impact on the environment).
