Fauxmage type Vacherin Mont-d'or matured in its artisanal box and spruce strap (300gr). It is made from organic ingredients such as: Swiss millet, European almonds, Fairtrade cashew nuts, European lupine, fermented Swiss soy, coconut oil and Jura salt. The Vacherin Mont-d'or must be reserved one week in advance. Pickup at the Lausanne market. Just put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until it's nicely toasted! To be enjoyed hot.
